Cleanliness: The environment around the facility must be clean and well-maintained.

Convenience Facilities: A functional water closet must be available for congregants.

Fire Safety: Fire extinguishers must be installed to enhance safety.

Secure Storage: A safe for statutory documents, such as marriage certificates, and other valuables is required.

Power Backup: The facility should have a backup power source, such as a generator or solar energy system.
